Carrie Kearns is an Account Manager with TAG. Her role is to ensure that the lines of communication are always open between TAG and our clients.
Carrie joined TAG with more than 20 years of customer service experience. In her time working in retail environments, she gained experience managing 30+ employees while maintaining her many administrative duties and eventually became a travelling consultant for training and restructuring of front-end operations for a large Canadian retailer.
Carrie also spent more than 10 years working in the travel industry where she became the person who was leaned upon as a company resource for her knowledge, strategy development and implementation, ability to liaise with stakeholders and overall skill set.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Social Science Degree, concentration Sociology, concentration History from the University of Ottawa.
